Should I book before or after the movers?
After. The goal is to clean once the house is empty. If your moving schedule changes, just let us know and we'll adjust the cleaning date with you.
Do you clean inside the cabinets and closets?
Yes. Everything on the deep cleaning list, plus the inside of cabinets, drawers, and closets once they're empty, because that's what the walkthrough checks.
Will this get my deposit back?
Nobody can promise what a landlord decides. What this does is make sure the house isn't the reason.
Do the utilities need to be on?
Yes. Water and power stay on through the clean.
Can you do it the same day I hand over keys?
If scheduling allows, yes. Let us know your timeline when you book and we'll do our best to coordinate the cleaning before you hand over the keys.
