I hired a cleaner once, trusted what they told me, and lost my deposit.
That's the short version of why Cane Home Cleaning exists. I was moving out of state, I was clear about what the place needed, the cleaner said no problem, and I took them at their word. The work wasn't done and the deposit didn't come back. Nobody should have to find that out after the fact. So this company runs on a few plain rules. You talk to me, the owner, not a call center. What's included is written down before you book. Your cleaner shows up when they said they would, does the job, and if anything's off you tell me and it gets fixed. I spent years in sales, and the one thing that always worked was an honest conversation, so that's what you get here. Home matters to me more than most things, and the people we let into it should make it easier, not add one more thing to worry about.
