Do I need to do anything before you arrive?
Clear what you can off counters and floors so the time goes on cleaning rather than moving things. Anything left out gets worked around.
How long does a deep clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the home. Deep cleans take longer than standard visits because there's more to cover. Tell us about your home when you book and we'll give you a better idea of what to expect.
Is the inside of the oven and fridge included?
No, those are add-ons. Ask when you book and we'll add them to your quote.
Can I book deep cleans on a schedule?
Most people do one deep clean, then standard every two weeks, then a deep reset once or twice a year. Some prefer deep every visit. Both are fine, and both are quoted the same way.
What if I only want certain rooms done?
Say so when you book. You're priced by what gets cleaned, not by a flat package, so a kitchen and two bathrooms is a real option.
