You get a quote and a confirmation with the day and time. If anything about the house needs a closer look, Chris calls you before the visit, not after.

Do I have to be home?

No. Most recurring customers are at work. Tell us how your cleaner gets in and it goes on your file.

Can I change or cancel?

Yes. Skip a visit or stop entirely whenever you want. There's no contract.
